How do I secure an office space room rental at NY Core Center?
Phone us at (212) 505-6767, or email info@nycorecenter.com. Should you reach our voicemail, your message will be returned in timely fashion to confirm your booking.
How far in advance should I book a room?
Our office spaces are in high demand. We recommend your calling up to three weeks in advance for hourly room rentals, and up to several months in advance for group and workshop spaces.
What are your office space room rental rates?

How do I pay for my room rentals?
NY Core Center requests payment by the end of your hourly rental time slots, by check, money order, or cash. Please return your payment in the key envelope you will receive for your room, to our administrative office. Should the office door be temporarily closed, simply slide your payment envelope underneath; however, we discourage cash payments in envelopes except when handed directly to an administrative staff member. We cannot be responsible for missing cash payments not delivered directly. Paper receipts are provided on request.What if I need to rent office space in evenings or weekends?
New York Core Center offers evening and weekend hours. Please call us to arrange.
Do you offer marketing support for space renters?
NY has always eagerly promoted our renters' events and services. An expansive welcoming table prominently displays current flyers to all clients entering our floor-through facilities, and we display individual business cards as well. A new NY Core Center Events web page will offer online promotions for our premium-rental customers. Please call the office at (212) 505-6767, or email info@nycorecenter.com, to arrange. Other online marketing promotion will be implemented in the near future.
